List of Errata / Issue 2012-03-01 / 9th release

This is a list of errata for the SOFA documentation for the 9th release. The errata 
are given in alphabetical order of file name. Any changes to comments in code will 
also effect the manual.lis and manual.pdf files.

                   dimensions of the PV-vector the wrong way round.
